Oh, as about the T90, it comes from 1984, has a trillion ways to influence settings, light, sharpness, etc, and a huge amount of really gihest quality parts can be found at ebay for just a few bucks. Built like a tank, you can quite do anything with it on the field.
As about film in a digital world, what would you think if I tell you that film is quite as digital? It is only that the pixels at molecular scale are not possible to be *seen* as diskrete pixels by our eyes (or even most microscopes).
In fact film is a better approximation of "real world" since its "pixels" approach "real quantum dimensions" much better. But it is much more difficult to control those tiny rebells called molecules ;-)
Oh yes, it is! Partly because the bird wouldn't listen to me and stay there, and partly becuase giving water that soft appearence requires some de-focusing. A real problem is this! How to make the water soft, while keeping the bird sharp? Any ideas, Doyle - somebody?
Better DOF (I think) but the bird is out of focus. The Canon T90? Didn't they quit making that a Long time ago? I recall it was a very good camera and the parts became almost impossible to find (I think). Nice to see film is still used (for now) in the digital world!
