This is a beautiful composition with the rocks on the shore balancing the rocky land further out. The water texture is lovely and the moored boat makes me wish I were there to enjoy this scenery and to have a ride around in the boat. Super.

Thanks Joggie. I didn't use a filter on the lens. The color was amazing. I did do a certain amount of post processing to improve the overall color tone. :) Andree

Thanks Doyle for your comment. In fact I edited the bright clouds in one version and felt that the composition lost some of it brilliance.
However, I always fine tune the image in the printing process. We'll see. :)

Wow, Andree . . . beautiful sky here. I would have considered losing the hot spots as they are a tad bit distracting but the image is serene and tranquil otherwise. The composition (as I'm sure you know) is spot-on perfect. The soft focus and muted colors all work together well here to give one a sense of escape to an idyllic island paradise. Nicely done!
