I agree with above that it is a very good black and white shot but it could use a bit of cropping. But because the sun is such a prominent feature in this picture I think you have to make that part the most important and focus on a vertical crop as i added. The reflection on the water make a better perspective that way and it balances the straight horizon out.

A very good B&W image. The water scooter at the middle adds to the beauty.

You may consider cropping this photo a bit at the bottom.
