As with my "inverted" duck shot - I think if you had shot at a smaller aperture, all would have been sharper. However - a really nice shot with vivid colors. I like the DOF.

Beautiful Eb!! Flowers and leaves are splendid captured with the right light that gives delicate colors to the plant. Pleasant the blurred background too.

Kathy, these are hard to photograph. I tried with a half dozen or so wild ones and nothing turned out. These domestic ones were at Minter Gardens, the light was right, and, because the bush was so large, I got over my fixation on getting in close. That did the trick!

Perfect exposure, Eb! I tried taking some shots of bleeding hearts and I failed miserably. Well done...I really like this!
