About	A little story goes with this image. There is this little stand in the Farmers Market that sell these special greek style pizzas. They are oval in shape with various topings available. They are very good and I usually get one every week or two. What is special about the process is that it is hand rolled then cooked in a wood burning brick oven. The image you see here is the old man who makes these pizzas, putting one in the oven. Last week I went back to this shop and the old guy was no longer there. I asked what happened to the old guy. They were sad to say that he had passed away. I remembered that I had taken a picture of him putting a pizza in the oven and asked if they would want one. They said yes they would. Yesterday I gave them a print of this one and a conventional color print. They were very happy to get this print as the old man really loved making these greek pizzas. They are going to display one print of him there at the shop in memory of him. You never know when you take a shot that some day it can be priceless to someone else.
