Pose and crop are well, but contrast and color balance not fit, you should more be control it.

This is an image that speaks for itself. It is not only about the father or the child, but it tells a lot about the relation between the two.
The Compostion is very effective, due to the tight crop and postioning.

Fine feeling this photo share with viewer; that's because of the documentary feeling of this shot and the natural mood by the girl's look to the camera.
you did a hearty portrait.composition is well although the light isn't good at all and exposure is unbalanced.
magenta tone and pixlize mood on the skin of the little girl makes it distract.
