thanks for the comment bryan ,i do have an alternative with a car approaching but it removes the view .has for the black spots there oil/tyre marks .

the location is north downs in kent here in englnd one of those untouched areas ,when your up there on top much of the view looking south is clear and uncluttered.it offers many wide views.i think ill leave the black tyre/oil marks there kind of gives it small leading approach.basically took the shot laying in the middle of the road at 17mm.thanks

Where did you ever find a solitary tree at the end of a curve in the road? This looks like some artificially created logo for a movie company or something like that - the composition is that strong! At first I agreed with the person who suggested you crop out the black spots (or use PS to cover them up), but the more I look at your image the more I think they work, bringing a realism to the image. Great job!

This is a very intriguing photograph. The only thing I could suggest is maybe cloning out those black spots in the lower part of the photo. Other than that, excellent work with keeping everything in focus, and I really enjoy this photo.
