Your most welcome, but you are awesome indeed. Thank you for sharing your insite. I can't seem to shoot that steady myself. Too much booze the night before I guess? LOL...

Hi Martin, Thanx so much my friend for your lovely comments, I'm really flatterd man :0) Tell you a secret my friend, this 80-200mm f/2.8 lens is not mine, it belongs to one of my friends and I borrowed it from him while we and other usefilmers were on a photography trip to the countryside. And tell you another thing, since I used it I decided that I will buy it in the near future, I've just bought a Nikon 24-85mm f/2.8 lens a couple of weeks ago but I plan to buy the 80-200mm within the next few months. Ofcourse I'd LOVE to buy a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens but it needs a quite sum of money :0) Back to your question, actually I didn't use any monopods, I think with the 200mm (which will be 300mm on digital cameras) it'll not be a big issue if I support the camera with my 2 hands, one placed under the distal part of the lens and supporting both elbows against my body. Actually this always proves to be successful with me but when I tried to use a 500mm lens (750mm on digital cameras) it was so difficult to get a non- blurred photo without at least a monopod. Thanx again my friend, take care, Khaled.

Khaled,
Your like a photo god, or something! I just afforded the 70-200mm Canon L series lens, which is compairable to yours.
I shot several frames today on a monopod and none of them tured out... :( Did you use a tripod on this or what? Please share your secrets with me?
The DOF, shutter speed, focal length and ISO, all seem to be in sync...
Well done indeed my friend,
Martin

lovely! A great moment captured. What is she thinking? (maybe: 'wish I had a D100 too!' A small critique if you don't mind: maybe a tad overexposed in the highlights, but nothing that cannot be easily fixed! Hope you have been well, I have been too busy for too long! Omar
