I'm glad that you enjoy this shot Nessa. The assortment of colors "came together" just at the time I was pulling off the parkway into a lookout area. The altitude gain is 3000ft along this 5 mile stretch of two lane highway.

I really like how you have captured the misty. damp after a storm feeling. The colour variations, the patch of light in the middle, and the way the eye is drawn from the bushes in the foreground to the distant hills and sky are wonderful.
