in general i agree with George, but my suggestion would be to select a closer area from the whole picture, maybe where there are more evident rings, and make a new composition centered in their interesting graphic effect. as this photo is the rings pass almost unnoticed amidst the large and blurred field of the whole picture and they, being very small, have no power to assert themselves as the title would suggest. anyway the photo has an interesting abstract appeal.

It's a lovely image, beautifully modulated and mysterious. If there is any criticism, it is that there is no punch. The colors are understated, and the textures are soft and mottled. The result is that there is an overall effect of quietude and peace, but no other statement--visual or symbolic that I can infer. I would view this as a study for a future composition.
