I like the composition and treatment a whole lot, Joe. If it's Toulouse-Lautrecian, it's Toulouse-Lautrec meets Andy Warhol. My only question is, considering it's a Saint Patrick's Day dance, where's the green? :>)

I really like the Toulouse-Lautrec style of this picture. The colors should be a bit warmer not to look lie a comic (i think the composition is not working as a comic).
