dear Peter A beautiful dog, indeed! I have to disturb you due to the fact that you know the breed so well:-)I´ve often considered getting such a wonderful dog, but how are they around small children and is it possible having such a dog without exercising it a lot? Feel free to answer - no obligation. I´m just so fascinated by this type of dog:-)My mother managed having seven adult newfoundland at a time plus puppies:-) When one loves a certain breed, one just seem to get more and more of them! Goodmorning Annemette, Yes, a male Malamute we called "Taku"... One of many we have had over the years,, we have had as many as five at one time,(when we were younger)!!.. Wonderful dogs!!
