About To reach this kind of image, I used an electronic device to control the water drops and the flash to freeze. This is an homemade gadget, and the camera was set to f8 and 2 sec. I shot the camera and start the device, that drop, drop again and trigger the flash. The colision , was not casual. No PS envolved to change colors. The full splash series can be seen at http://luxvich.atspace.com/

Stunning!

Have you seen this site:

I'd be interested to know more about the "homemade gadget".

photoart at its best, excellent capture, well played, would it be asking too much to see the full circle of ripple, would make this so compleate, regards art,.

Excellent clarity in this image, especially in the reflection, looks like you have the technique nailed pretty well Luiz.
