Your being on the road just now, Dave, fits me well, as, having had a longer jet-lag than I expected from the "endless" flights to Uruguay & back, everything seemed to go slow-motion, responding to comments included. I like the way you managed to capture the white with accurate exposure so that no details were washed out.

I saw once some snow-sculptures in Kiruna in the north of Sweden. It was a wonderful celebrating day! Back to you! Thanks for sharing the information! Very interesting events and celebrating! A remarkable snow sculpture! You’ve captured excellent the white forms and shadows. The colours and exposure are marvellous and the blue sky has done the image very attractive.

A beautiful sculpture Dave. Lots of work went into this. Lots of sharp well defined edges. The snow looks a little green to me so I set it with levels white eyedropper and this is what I got. Good luck on the road. Don.

I love the contrast between the dark blue of the sky and white in flag. I did not know that February 15 is flag day, here I thought that I was patriotic. Thank you for the reminder and the wonderful photograph.
