Donna... the scan does look a bit soft here, so I am not sure if its the scan or the focusing.

I love the lines and compostion and warmth of the colors, but would also like to see a little more of the archway. By showing some more archway on the left, I feel the framing would be more "intentional" and also bring the pottery in the background a little more to the right and in a more pleasing geometric position.

Anyway.. this photo is really nice. Very good eye and great mood.

Yeah. The concept here was great. Nice lines and good light but it isn't sharp at all here. I like the colors. The framing for me could have been a little better. The top of the arch needed to be included in the frame. But my main concern is the depth of field here.

Donna, I love how the light comes from the top of the stairs. I would have liked the stairs and door to be a bit sharper.
