I think the flare from the sun against the dark trees really adds to the picture. I like it a lot. I guess you can't please everyone. But I can't remember the last time I was not pleased with a photo of yours!

although there is no divison in the photograph it in itself is whole a complete sceen in front from each eyes but with camera i feel a divison can be created and if i divide this image in two in first half i like the glare of the sun on the periphery their appears a rainbow like spread on the other end silhouetted potion is clearly defining the rythem of each body.....as i said their is no divison but with camera a manuplation can create a distance between reality and art work hear in the image i see a relaxed silhoueted figures and the last minutes total glaring sun in its fullness ........

Very nice contre-jour shot, Alison! I like the feeling the human figures on the bridge add to the image. I agree with Kathy about the lens flare, they'd be hard to avoid with a shot like this, in any case.
