The Dokra (original) looks a little different , they are usually not in a combination with beads like this one.

Thankyou Anna. Initially I had some problems with the back ground ans I waited for the peole standing their to move out. This festival attracts a million people from all over the World and it really did take some time to get a clear shot. But ultimately I got it.

Very beautiful composition and unusual subject. I like how the light warms up the colors. Great clarity and DOF! Best regards, Ina

I think this is the fun of shotting with the 50mm, you get tight framing and super sharp photos.

No Gabriela , these dosent have any such religeous meaning. These are only necklaces with an ethnic touch as you have rightly observed. Next year you can pay a visit to this fair. You will love it.

I like these artifacts, specially the way you cut the shot leaving mainly the pendants almost in a descending/ascending line. Are these some kind of amulettes with a religious meaning? For me it would only be a necklace with an ethnic touch and I would like to have one! Hahahaha! Gabriela
