I'm sort of a sucker for straight down tulip shots, so this one caught my eye! I like the sharpness in the center, but wonder if you shot others that got more of the stamen/anthers inside your DOF. Tulips are hard to shoot as a macro because of the DOF challenge. You handled it nicely.
i desperately want it to be square, but cant see any good way to crop it thus, either way quite a dooozey - woot woot, did you use flash by any chance?
Yes, nice job keeping it sharp. This is an interesting perspective on the flower. I don't know if I like it or not but it grabs my attention. That must be a good thing. :)
