About Was thinking about how Parallel lines are supposed to eventually meet. I don't think this is what he meant but I liked the way it looked I always thought he meant if they were to circle the universe if that were possible they would eventually meet where they started. Have to check now :-) . This is a country road. I eliminated my shadow from the picture, my girlfriend was doing car watch for me. It really is a country road though. 1 car every 5 to 10 min. Thanks for looking.

Great perspective on the road with an excellent sky above.

It's good you had someone watching for cars. If one came along, they'd wonder what you were doing crouched down on the road. The textures and colours are great. The fences look like they are cheering the road on in its travelling. Neat shot.

Yeah, a familiar site to us Texans, for sure!

SO cool. Love everything about this image-from color to composition. So original too-looks like it would make a neat album cover. Next time you should take some ficsher price farm animals with you and have them 'cross' the road; )

Now you know that your girlfriend loves you-I suppose if your she were mad at you, this would have been the perfect opportunity to get even ; )

I like this capture a lot. I find myself staring into it wondering what is beyond my view.

Hi Mark, Normally I'd say such centered images tend to be a bit static, but the graphic quality sure makes up for that. Good choice of selecting the very low camera viewu point and the division between road and sky. Interesting thought. Why would you say this is not what he meant? I think it's exactly what he had in mind....:) Great shot, and a very creative way of expressing one of the fundamentals of geometry...

Cheers,

Hugo

Love this. It works just as well for me with the out of focus closer parts of the lines cropped out. The fences really add to the balance and the sky even looks a bit like it was shot with a Lomo! I can't believe you placed a Hasselblad on the road in the middle of the highway - you must have some spares!
Regards, Gary
