hi there,Thilo! you are my first comment on the new UF!....i like cats,but i have a doggie...these kitties are from paintshop pro8 and they don't have doggies...hope all is well with you n' Chrissie.....Have a cool yule!

Hey Girl....it looks like you have a little more than the 6 inches of snow you told me about. You going to be hunkered down for the winter by the looks of this image. I know it's an optical illusion and you aren't really snowed in but WOW it sure appears that way. Kitties will have to bring you some food until it thaws. Unfortunately, all I can view on this and every other image I've viewed is just a little larger than thumbnail size. It can't be my computer only because I'm seeing this on 2 different computers. Your image is very small. Do you think it's non donors seeing images much smaller or something like that?
Anyway...small as I see it ...hang on ....getting binocs....ahhhh...that's better....now it looks like a great Christmas card. Good one....but if you're inside who took the photo? A kitty? LOL
OK I'm babbling so have a good one.

Creative idea. Really love the composition. When I look at it and crop the black top, it seems to strengten the image.

hi and thanks!...just so ya know,the foreground snow is on a higher grassy knoll that is almost 2 car widths away from front door,so it just gives impression here that we are buried in snow!...we got 6" and now is melting during the day and re-freezing in patches at night...our snow doesn't last long like it does back east in the snowbelt...Thank goodness!

You're so cute and so creative, I love your house Gayle, very magical, and those kitty cats are cute too, they look to be on guard duty, I suppose they're waiting for Santa, LOL, I love it. Maybe Santa will bring you a snow shovel for Christmas?? LOL!! Wonderful job with this! Hugs!
