Thanks Howie. As to the focus - you're completely right. When I checked through the camera it seemed fine - it was one of those split moment things where the opportunity presents itself and you try to get the photo before the moment passes. Only when i looked at it on my computer did I realize that it's lacking just that little bit of sharpness...
And like you, I sill liked the moment though, hence figured I'd post it.
Like I said, thanks for commenting and for the constructive criticism... it's the best way to learn.

Dzieki za mily komentarz. A co do podrorzy - to jak narazie chyba na tym koniec - brak funduszow, brak czasu, no i koniecznosc znalezienia roboty podczas wakacji - ale moze nowusz kiedzys...

Calkowicie sie z toba zgadzam... lecz niestety czasem jest ciezko usunoc takie szczegoly. W tym zdjeciu tez bylam na lodce wiec ciezko bylo zmienic kont...

Very good capture with lovely light. Slightly to shallow depth of field for me, I would have liked both of them in focus. It's still a lovely moment though. Great shot.

Czesc, jak dla mnie bardzo fajna fotka: kolorki, kadr, tlo moim zdaniem dodaje smaczku, tylko ucieklo gdzies GO - a powinno zostac na twarzy chłopca.

Kasiu! Znalazlas piekne miejsce do sfotografowania, ale tlo jest zbytnio kuszace i odciaga uwage od tej scenerii. Wydaje mi sie, ze ciagle zaslugujesz na pochwaly, ale strzez sie niepotrzebnych szczegolow.
