Hi Giulio, the patterns in the sand are very well captured with the fish eye / wide angle lens. It creates a very intriguing composition of shapes and contrasts. The only thing that bothers me is the choice of colours. Not sure if it's genuine or PS induced, but the contrast in hues is a bit too big for my taste. Maybe B&W would do well here?

At a quick first glance, it could look like people on a ski hill. There is a lot to look at in this beautiful picture. The different textures and lines are intriging. Lovely. MAry

It does appear to be over-sharpened, but with sand you can usually get away with it. Lovely depth and wonderful lines.

Wow, amazing textures, great colors and use of shadows. Almost optical illusion-like when you stare at it for a while.
