It's difficult to make an interesting picture of a sleepy dog. I would have prefereed to see his eyes while he was staring at you trying to photograph him.

What disturbs me the most on this photograph is the slight over-exposure. Ok, the grass is cool, but what about the dog's burned white tripe ? We can't seem to be able to distinguish any hairs in this part of his head.

I would also have tryed to get rid of the highlights on the right part (near his right ear) and on the upper left corner. Talking about the comp., maybe it would have been a good idea to use the dog's white stripe to add a dynamic line starting at the upper left corner.
