Thanks Howie- Im sorry, i dont understand what you mean!(im still not that much of a wiz when it comes to ps...im easily confused!)
I just now tried to go to 'edit' and then 'stroke', but it wouldnt let me select stroke(it was written in light grey rather than black-like it wasnt an available option right now)..what do i have to do to the image for it to allow me to use stroke?
And for future reference, is there a way of finding out FROM photoshop why it wont let you certain tools at certain times?
(for example, i was going nuts trying to figure out why certain tools didnt work one day, and finally figured out that it was because i was in greyscale rather than rbg mode...)
I really need to take a course in photoshop. Or get a book. Trial and error works well, but man, is it slow!

I remember the goof ball stage before bedtime! Enjoy it- they grow up so fast! I agree with Howie on the edge- almost looks like you beveled the photo edge before framing with canvas size. Did you do that by chance?

almost reminds me of a pilot with with the thumbs up signal. :-) Don't know anything about framing tools though.

Lovely candid of your son, showing his lets say 'mischevious' look and behaviour. If your using photoshop, I always put a stroke around and use inside, to stroke the image instead of outside. So, load the image, double click the image then go edit stroke and choose 1-2 pixels inside. The change your canvas size.
Hopefully that'll sort out whatever is causin the problem.
