Well done composition, but the light looks a bit strange.
It might be the toning but the overall look of the image is far more threatening than the actual light reaching the scene seems to suggest.
Showing it in either true B&W or in a lighter toned sepia would ballance the impression with the true light better.

I think it's a superb photo. I'm not at all bothered by the color or the bright spots in the sky. The diagonal of the boat pointing to the ruin is terrific.

I don't like the tone of the photo, I think you should leave it in color or make it simply bw. Also those completely white areas in sky are disturbing, I would slightly adjust the brightness of the sky to cut down the difference between them and the rest of the sky in the nearby.
