About Taken in the Plains of Jars near Phonsavanh. One of those mysteries of the world along with Stonehenge. Some of these jars that are just randomly strewn across these fields weigh several tons. Unfortunately my CDs ended up malfunctioning and almost all of my photos from this amazing place were lost.

All the grey blocks in the back are the numerous jars.

I can see that being true about the Inca ruins. As for her watch, now that you've brought my attention to it, it truly is really irritating and distracting. Next time we travel together I'll have to make her wear a smaller one and in the meantime might try working that out in photoshop.
And you're also right about the shadows... unfortunately didn't think of that at the time.

Thanx a lot for the constructive comment.

Very interesting image Kasia; it reminds me a lot to some of the Inca ruins of Ecuador and Perú, not so much to the architectonic monuments but the dispersed, and not so well known megaliths found along "El Camino del Inca".

Very good idea to put your friend in the "jar" to put the size of the object in perspective; her watch is a bit distracting.

Some of the shadows would be taken care of with fill flash.

Great colours, DOF and presentation.

Cheers from Victoria,

Francisco
