A neat concept, and very nice execution. The one problem I have with the shot is that, for all intents and purposes, it feels like it ends just below the big mouth. It may be that bright trapezoidal space in the lower right that causes this. Part of the reason is that the woman's collar and the lower lip of the big mouth at approximately the same level form an effective frame boundary across the middle lower part of the photo. I think the impact of the photo would be greater if you cropped out some of the bottom, or maybe if you decreased the brightness of that one space. Otherwise, I like it quite a lot.
