Hi Stef, Thanks for pointing that out. During the scanning process I am trying to be careful in 'calibrating' the tones and the colors in order to produce the original result. In this case I think you are right! Just a bit more of contrast, could make the difference (the black area at the lower right edge gets darker, i.e. more 'realistic' black, and the grading of the tones is preserved).
an excellent idea and an excellent result, but keep in mind the contrast when scanning. In my opinion it ought to be a little bit darker, but then again...perhaps is my monitor's fault
Hello George! Thank you for your kind comments on my photo! I don't know when was your last time in Athens, but it's ok I suppose, and keeps getting better all the time (this means interesting, beautiful, friendlier, etc.) although in slow motion. Well, i'm one of those Athenians who like their city, because it is a part of them. Or maybe it is a bit because I'm preparing to leave Greece in a few weeks..
PS: I have a house in Kalammos, we usually go there during summertime and I like it a lot!
