I went on a trip this past week through the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is the first of a few photos from the trip. I found it very interesting how a flower called the sunshine flower, or the happy flower can look so sad. Comments and critiques are always appreciated.
Interesting image. Re: the sadness, there is a famous shot in the movie "Dr. Zhivago" of a vase full of sunflowers where the petals are falling slowly and the flowers seem to be weeping. Thought you might be interested.
When a lovely bright sun is upon them they look so very happy Michael as the turn their 'faces'up to meet the sun. A lovely shot my dear friend, well done to you.
