Are the any instructional videos or dvd's out there for the operation of Large Format cameras? And if so, who makes them, and where can I purchase them at or from?

Fred Picker of Zone VI had produced a series of 3 videos slated towards large format photography many years ago. Loosely based on Ansel Adams his were also called the Negative, the Print, and the Camera. They are pretty good for a start. Fred passed away a few years ago but his stuff can still be found on ebay.
