Hi Petros, Don't worry about a thing on the long term storage of your films be it velvia or superia in a household fridge. All of them should work well if u leave them out long enough for condensation to take place. To be on the safe side, kodak recommend about 3 hours after getting out from a freezer. This usually depends on your country's climate and humidity. Right here in Singapore when RH and temperature can be extreme, the films usually get at least 1.5 hours before the go to the field. Also you might want to feel the canister whether is it too cold to your touch (u must be in room temperature long enough to make the touch experiment accurate) If you feel too cold, then u might want to leave the canister back into the plastic container for another hour or so.
Another suggestion for your bulk storing of your films is that if you want to get them cheap, buy them in bulk forms. i.e a long strip where you load them manually into canisters. This will save you at least 40% $$$
