  Q. AGFA CONTEST

every month the site of the agfa makes a competition of posted photos of the whole world.
this month my photo this participating...it is a photo of nature, a pasture in the brasil

Just as a quick warning...there are tons of online photo contests out there, however you have to be careful and read all the the rules. This one you mentioned is not too bad, because you are only using uploaded images so they will be small, however notice two of the rules:

4. Agfa reserves the right to publish the photos in connection with the AGFAnet Photo Award in any form.

5. Agfa reserves the right to purchase prize-winning photos for its own use.

I would not have a problem with #4 because they need to publicize the contest. However what the heck does # 5 mean? It does not give any dollar amount that they would purchase it from you for, or for what purpose they would be using the image. So does that mean that if you win, they will say, great, send us a 50MB drumscan of that image and we will buy all rights for $200 or something like that? That is pretty vague.

Just my thoughts, be aware out there everyone!
