Q. warning at log in

Can someone please help
I keep getting this message when I log in "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" Im told not to give out any information such as bank details etc
The problem is I need to pay for to be a donor again in three weeks time.
Is it safe to do so also any ideas why im getting this message on my screen.
