Dear Site Administration,

I put up the attached four times a month ago with no result as the Home Page is still the same as on May 7th with the basic 'About Comment' as:

"No matter how many times I woke up to a new day it was exactly the same as the previous ... "

It received a total of 265 views with comments such as these:

And I wonder the same...is there some technical problems or just no admin around to keep this alive?

And I thought it was just me. I suppose I can't complain about the site up keep myself, not being a donater anymore, Still, who's minding the store here??

Having seen the film, your title made me smile. Being new to Usefilm what I notice is how few comments are made given the variety of photography. I wonder how someone like myself can ever learn how to improve? Constructive criticism is important!

I do really wonder to where the quite active admins from the past left? Where is Al? Why does a donor still see ads, why no one is maintaining the home page, I found once a EC award given after the frozen homepage, so if there are still editors, why nothing is moving?

is it a matter of technical problems, money or just a lost of interest?

Last I heard from Al several months ago he was jobhunting and preparing to move from one side of the US to the other. So I guess he's quite busy.
Usefilm has never been a moneymaker for him afaik, the advertising merely helping offset the cost of hosting and maintaining the site, so money problems could well be at play too.
