Good idea for me too, Saad!

I can only second you in that.

Cheers!

Nick

And I agree also. Because none of the 6 or so different cameras I've used for my images have ever appeared on the list!

On a similar note, why not set up a section where members can review the cameras that they use so that others can benefit from their knowledge and experience?
Regards, Gary

Another good continuation of the matter, Gary. This would be a real plus of the site. But the already offered discussion threads do cover this possibility of reviews too, or am I mistaken?

Cheers!

Nick

I am second to Garry in this regards, the benefits will be extensive for all ,the members, and the administration, and a lot of people will log to the site for the technical info about the cameras,
this is what really happens at other site,
whenever I am in need for technical info,I have to log to Photo.net for that.
regards,Saad.

Saad, we already can use the discussion threads of UF for this. Anybody could write down some article about a camera or other gear at http://www.usefilm.com/Photo_Forum/15/ .

Cheers!

simply put: it was a good idea that turned out impossible to keep up to date.
So many new models appear at such a rapid pace (and many of them being available only in specific countries) that it's impossible to keep up with it all.

Dear Jeroen, if it is impossible,we ask just to update the search engine to the cameras names,in order to find photos shot by for example Nikon D300,or D3,that is not impossible I think, this is my sole request from the beginning, regards.

Hmmm...

Many models appear always faster and faster, but still any user could write down his/her "description" of the own camera. If many enough do that, then there is no need to explicitly "keep up to date"??!! Now... why don't I just post an article about my T90? I'll do that. Perhaps many others will follow with their own camera, which can only be interesting to read.

Lemme sit down and write for some nights, ey?

Cheers!

Nick

P.S.: BTW, Jeroen I guess that the forum about Camera/Equipment news fits best for that, or is there any better place? (I mean http://www.usefilm.com/Photo_Forum/15/ )

Now that Saad said that... strange! When I click the name of the camera under the image, I am transferred to the frontpage of UF.:-/ Is that the wished behavior, Jeroen, and what does it mean? I thought that that link "brings me to the images taken by that camera", but I must be mistaken here.

Nick
