Q. Exif Data

Hi, I am wondering why Usefilm doesn't make use of the Photo's Exif data and instead relies on the user manually entering the data from a very outdated and limited list?
Is this something that is being looked into ?
This isn't a gripe at all, however would streamline the upload process and show more valid data for the photos featured on this site.
