Q. image not flush against bottom of table data cell frame

When I try to put an image in a data cell in a table, I can ot get the bottom of the image to be flush against the bottom of the frame. What am I doing wrong. I've tried changing the height of the table, and row, and data cell, but with no results. To see what I am talking about go to:
