Q. B&H Kit Lens Return

I just bought an Elan 7NE body/lens kit from B&H, and am somewhat unhappy with the lens it came with. I was wondering, for those of you who are familiar with this type of return, if it is possible to return ONLY the lens that came with the kit. My receipt doesn't have each component listed, but only the kit at full $450 price...Would they let me return only the lens, or do I have to bring back the whole shebang, and re-buy it in separate parts with the lens I want?

They are generally pretty good with returns, if you follow their procedure.

If items are not separately listed on the receipt, you will have to return the whole kit.

They are usually pretty good at service-or they have been to me.
If they will not talk business, cancel the sale if it was purchased with Visa/Mastercard etc.
