Q. Slide show software

I am looking for a Mac only software tool to create slideshows. IPhoto does not have the breadth needed. I used Proshow Gold and others on my PC but I need a Mac tool now. (Proshow is crashing repeatedly on my MAC when I run the virtual Windows environment)
Any suggestions? Minimum reqmts are pan, zoom, "Ken Barnes effects" rotations, captioning etc.

PS I googled all of USEFILM first and this seemed like the closest form to use.:)
