Sepia is a toner, not a paper.

CHemicals shift colors with b&w photography, the color shift is going to be the result of a variety of items, type of paper, developer and toner.

Paper comes in various bases. Neutral, warm, cold toned. These all will react differently to sepia toners.

Find or buy a copy of Tim Rudman's book on Toning, it will give you more informtion than you can image.
