i found a few...
www.representatives. com/3d/film_cutter.htm www.bhphotovideo. com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=20516&is=REG www.adorama. com/KRIFC.html?searchinfo=film%20cutter&item_no=3
the one at adorama is the cheapest. sometimes if i have trouble with them, i'll use my light board with the scissors.

try checking on eBay. I purchased a very nice, lighted cutter for $20 including s&h.
