Jordan,
It takes more then a color negative and color filters to make color images. The paper you print on is different from black and white, the chemicals you use are different from black and white, and it must be done in total darkness. I suggest you get a book that discusses how to print color images as it is quite involved. The process you want to use is called RA-4 if you are printing from negatives.

Jordan, what brand and type of paper are you using, what brand and type of chemicals are you using. Also what filters are you using when you print. What temperature are you processing at.

Color printing has a few trick that you need to work out to make it work right. Tell us.... what sort of filters, what f/stop is the enlarger set at, enlarger, paper, chemistry kit, drum processor, temp.... etc.
The first thing you have to do when printing color is get the correct density, and from there is is pretty easy. The process is is not hard but it certainly is different from b&w.
