  Q. Fogging on film in Mamiya

Asked by Caroline Cohoon    (K=415) on 12/11/2003
I have an old Mamiyaflex Twin lens reflex camera, and occaisionally I'll get a roll of film out of it where the right side is fogged all the way down. Well, maybe it's not fogging, but I can't find a better way to describe it. It doesn't do it on every roll. I've included a picture with this on it, does anyone know what exactly the problem is, and how do I prevent it?

Only thing I cam think of is there is a light leak some where. Try taping over the opening for a while and see if it goes away.
