They explain the manipulation to get a "bulb" exposure. They say it's quite simple.
Hope this helps.

And you can buy a version with a "bulb" setting that doesn't destroy the 100th setting. It's here http://www.holgamods.com/mods/mods.html

The Holga Mods site that Yannic provided will give you all the info you need - in addition to info on all the mods you need to make to render your Holga usable.
But you should be aware that there are TWO ways of modifying for long exposures. The "bulb" exposure that Yannic referenced is one way. It allows you to keep the shutter open as long as you hold the shutter release down. For truly LOOONNNNNGGGG exposures, though, this doesn't really work well in practice, since it's problematic holding the shutter down and not introducing camera shake, even on a tripod. If you're trying to do a 30-minute nighttime exposure, for example, you'll wear your arm out.
So if you want to be able to shoot exposures longer than 15 seconds or so, it's best to remove the shutter spring and superglue the shutter open and turn it, essentially, into a pinhole holga --- for which you expose the film by removing the lens cap. This renders the camera useless for anything other than pinhole-type photography... so what most of us do is buy two Holgas with the bulb modification (one for BW film, one for color) and one Holga with the pinhole modification.

I look forward to seeing your Holga work!

I knew I should have taken photos of my Holga modifications this weekend. Granted, we made a PinHolga but we followed some of the instructions on: http://www.argonauta.com/html/holga_cameras.htm#Exposures
I'll work on getting some images of the things we did differently soon. Going to test the camera tomorrow, woohoo!

Another explanation, with photos, that may help.
