Q. Looking for a MF setup

I'm on the lookout for a MF camera setup mainly for landscapes and portraits. I have a limited budget of around £500-£600. What would you recommend in this price range. I don't mind if I only start off with a body and just one lens, I can always invest in another lens further down the line. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated :)
