  Q. Why we can't have ? Second kind?
Kambiz K
Asked by Kambiz K   Donor  (K=37420) on 7/22/2006
Why we can't have any images under section PHOTO-JOURNALISM?
I am not asking why we can't have a winner for any images of PHOTO-JOURNALIST?
It is not the same question which I asked in another thread:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let's define what is PHOTO-JOURNALISM mean?
First is it a kind of photography?
Dictionary/Thesaurus says:
Photojournalism - journalism that presents a story primarily through the use of pictures
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/journalism
pho•to•jour•nal•ism
Pronunciation: (fō"tō-jûr'nl-iz"um), [key]
—n.
1. journalism in which photography dominates written copy, as in certain magazines.
2. news photography, whether or not for primarily pictorial media, publications, or stories.
http://www.infoplease.com/dictionary/photojournalism
Photojournalism is a particular form of journalism (the collecting, editing, and presenting of news material for publication or broadcast) that creates images in order to tell a news story. It is now usually understood to refer only to still images, and in some cases to video used in broadcast journalism. Photojournalism is distinguished from other close branches of photography (such as documentary photography, street photography or celebrity photography) by the qualities of:
Timeliness — the images have meaning in the context of a published chronological record of events.
Objectivity — the situation implied by the images is a fair and accurate representation of the events they depict.
Narrative — the images combine with other news elements, to inform and give insight to the viewer or reader.
So, by now, we could conclude that photojournalism is a kind of photography! how amazing.
NOW, tonite I, as a photojournalist decided to upload 4 images which I took in a large demonstration and share them with other people who appreciate.
THEN, after few hours later, all of those 4 images were DELETED at once although I received different responses from different viewers:(which I received hru my email)
Comment: I wish freedom to Palaistínë and Lébano.
Let's discuss this important subject in a civilized form, rather that ignoring it simply by DELETING it.
All of us hopefully are adult, and responsible. Let's find it more about it even if you decided to delete all my photojournalst images.
Let's understand more about this type of photography which is one of my favorites.
God bless.
Few famous PHOTOJOURNALISTS:
- Steve McCurry
- Larry Burrows
