  Q. FLASH SHADOWS

Asked by Abel Van    (K=100) on 8/23/2010
Hey. I'm probably doing something really obviously wrong, but every time i use my flash I get these shadows at the bottom (see attatchment) and it's really annoying on close-up photos! It's the attatched flash on my Pentax *istD, and it does this every time, whatever the angle. And, before you ask, no I'm not sticking my finger over the flash! :P
I can't afford to spend loads on a professional lighting kit, but what can i do to improve the terrible quality of my photographs? please advise!

Thanks

I am not sure whether I have completely understood your question, but to get really nice pictures use external lights. To use cheap lights, the only solution is to buy at least two lights for road works!they are cheap and they work miracles.Check my portfolio, they are not of excellent quality , still they are much better photos, without even using a flash.Put the two construction work ligts on the right and the left of the model and you will see!!!
