Q. photography sale contract template/layout

Have just managed to sell some of my pics to a theatre co. for promotion use!!! its my first time with this sort of work ,so was trying to find a standard contract template or exactly what i need to put in contract ,for them to sign. Obvioulsy need to say how they can/can't use pics, i keep copyright ,they can t resell etc.... But is there a standard template i can use as a model anyone knows of?

Hi Nathan, I typed in "photography contract template" in google and found 3-5 good templates to start with,
