You really think it's out of focus? I've been looking at it now for a while... yes - his nose seems to be a bit blurry but then the rest of his face seems to be in focus - such as his eyebrows. I can't decide. You might be right. If it is then I'm sorry.

Thank you Michele. The picture was taken this summer in southern Vietnam. We were heading towards the boarder of Cambodia along the Mekong Delta and stopped in a town called Chau Doc. From there we took a little boat trip through some of the floating villages and stopped at this little village next to the river. There was plenty of the typical "tourist" stuff there - however you could also see the way their "real" life was led. He was busy at chopping wood in order to build something. So increadibly frail and old - barely able to lift the log that he was working on.
