Thank you for your kind suggestions, and be interested enough in the image to fool with it. Glad that I could cure your boredom. :) I don?t mind at all. I must say I do like the fact that you brought out the detail in the rocks a bit more, but the sea now looks a bit washed out. the pink and purple of sky looks great,but the roof color is it too far off from the True color. Have you ever seen this light house in person? Under no lighting conditions that I have ever seen would this roof appear such a candy apple red. If you could just tone down that red of the roof?
All my photos are true to color, with no enhancements or color shifts. I want to portray them in their true state, to the best of my cameras ability. If you could just fix that red foof and deepen the color of the sea, you might be able to sell me on a bit of post processing in color. Thank you for your efforts, Sincerely Sandra

I think this is a great image but I am on my lunch break here and bored so I took teh liberty to play around with this - i hope you dont mind.
All I really did was change the ICC profile to a wider Gamut - this brought up the colour on the roofs. Then I shortened the histogram to drag a bit of highlight from the dark rocks. Finally I added a graduated sky - subtly to perk it up a little. Hope I didnt destroy it on you!

I like this one much better. Composition is better. Lighting in great. This one is a keeper. Still should try for lighthouse to be a little off center maybe. Perhaps that is only possible with a pano? Anyway it's a great shot.
